Yasmine Cheyenne

Yasmine Cheyenne is an advocate for mental health as well as a diversity, equity and inclusion expert. Corporate giants including ABC, Facebook and Skillshare have invited her to share her trainings which destigmatize ideas around race and seek to create more opportunities for marginalized communities. Yasmine is also known for her transformative teachings around self-healing which she offers through keynote speeches, corporate presentations and one-on-one coaching. Her instruction has helped thousands of students take control of their financial and physical health by creating boundaries, designing their dream job, finding the love of their life and more. Yasmine brings to her practice more than 15 years of legal and business experience, including being in Air Force JAG, and working in the Department of Veteran’s Affairs. She has helped victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. Yasmine is the host of her own podcast, The Sugar Jar Podcast, and her expertise has been featured on The Today Show, Forbes, and Refinery29.
